wedged between the concrete thingy and the overpass road, you might be ok,, but otherwise probably should find another location cuz whatever the wind speed is, its gonna go up substantially due to Bernoulli's principle and you don't want any part of that.. But, if I'm surrounded by flat lands all around me, I'd probably do it to have at least SOME cover..
