Luckily, ours wasn't nearly that bad

These were pretty surprising

No watches , no warnings

We have had some pretty good thunderstorms all week long , dumped alot of rain , and some pretty strong winds , a few places had straight winds over 100 mph , but even then tornado threats were still low

But yesterday , thunderstorms threats were really low , something like 20%

Beautiful day , mid 80's , sun shinning, not a cloud in the sky , light breeze

15 minutes later tornado sirens are going off

It was more of a , WTF is that reaction , so looking up and seeing 4 tornadoes at once really caught everyone by surprise

We always call them popcorn thunderstorms, little storms that pop up out of no where , dump a 1/2 of rain in 5 minutes , and just disappear

Which basically what this was , it was there , then it was gone
