Here's my question

Does every team in the World Cup hire their own Hollywood drama coach?
Whenever any player goes down, they make it look like they broke a leg or some appendage.
Then 30 seconds later they get up and are walking around.
Gimme a break!
I've been asking myself this question for ages.
