My daily annoying World Cup report....

With less than 10 minutes to go in regulation I turned to one of my grandsons and said, "England will win this in regulation". I was right... BUT....

That was scary for England. They had SOOOO many chances during that game but couldn't quite pull the trigger... I started thinking, "Uh Oh... one of those games where a country dominates the entire game then loses at the last second".

So anyway... I would imagine our old friend RamUK is one happy man right now. I'm happy for him.

IMHO the most evenly matched countries in today's games is up next. Belgium vs Senegal.

USA vs Bosnia? On paper USA should prevail, and rather easily..... I don't know. Even though there ARE very legitimate for the USA's last showing I'm still bitter about it and think it possible a weakness was exposed. I think the USA wins.... I also think it's most likely a nail-biter.

Getting ahead of myself....The round of 16.... Mexico vs England. Yccch... what I mean by that is that I really like both these teams SOOOOO, one of those game where I'll have very mixed emotions... thrilled for the winner and despondent along with the loser. - JamesJM
