Thunderbirds perform here every few years..

Usually as part of the Air Shows Sheppard AFB puts on for the public.. I've seen them fly maybe 15 times in my life, going back to being a kid and watching them practice overhead during recess and lunch at school.. They definitely do some really cool maneuvers and are usually cocky, but cool guys.. I work at Sheppard and get to usually meet them as part of Public Affairs promotions..

I haven't seen any of the other teams, so can't compare them, but would assume they are similar.. I think they'll be performing here in 2027 at the next Air Show.. Hopefully I'll get to do something cool as promo for them.. I know I could do a VR presentation where you would be in one of the planes.. but.. having done something similar in VR before, would need to make sure there were plenty of buckets around - just in case... lol
