the late 60's. We used to go down to the Palm Beach area during the Holidays (I was in elementary school, my Mom was a elementary teacher, Dad was a College Prof. and my sister was 1 year or so old). Did this trip every year for several years. Every (I think) it was Thursday nite, Batman was on the tube. My wish would be to go get a bucket and watch Batman, followed by a shuffleboard game with Dad/Mom.
That chicken was as good as the Batman show, so were those rolls..but heck I liked Pop Tarts too, so my taste for food was at the least minimal...LOL.......What was it a 10/12 piece bucket back then? Maybe like $6 bucks? Don't remember the price, as money meant little to me at the time....LOL....
So I haven't blessed the doors of a KFC in over 50 years.
