It's actually June 24 but it's very early and today's games haven't begun.
Right now… and yes it’s still too early… my picks to win it all are: 1. France 2. Argentina. 3. Germany 4. Portugal 5. Netherlands 6. England 7. Spain 8. Brazil 9. USA 10. Morocco.
Until their last match I had England #2. Pretty sure most would say I have Spain too low.
Frankly... I think I may have the USA too low.
I think 2 thru 10 it's dang near a tossup. France just seems to be on another level. Not sure how they can be beaten.
As we move into the Round of 32 I'm going to miss all the fans from those small countries. I may like the fan enthusiasm in the WC more than the game itself.
. It can be heart breaking, however..... So sad seeing the fans of Panama, The Congo, yesterday after their losses. - JamesJM
