I take 3 different meds to control my BP, that was off the charts.. Took a couple of years to get the right combination of meds and dosages, but we had gotten it pretty well under control.. I DO have a wrist cuff monitor - not sure if that was what you were referring to - but have found it to be sort of unreliable, which makes me not use it near as much as I should..
I'm thinking that I have gotten my BP down with other supplements, and the hard core 3 med combo is taking it lower than it should be.. So, lets look at the facts:
* I only have blackouts in the early mornings - never really after 1pm at the latest..
* I take all 3 BP meds at night around 7-9pm, per cardiologist's orders.. I wanted to spread them: 1 at night, 1 in the morning, but he said no.. Take them all at night..
* Afternoons, when I usually have doctor appts, they take my BP and its always right on the money, if not a tad low..
* I need to take BP when I get up, since most blackouts happen within 2-3 hours of waking up..
* I'm just wondering if BP is low in the morning, from taking all pills at night.. I'm probably dehydrated in the morning, as well.. I stand up quickly and BAM... face first on the floor
* Not sure why I'm still using bullets - I should have stopped after the first three..
I should definitely take my BP when I get up.. I'm also on blood thinners and a heart rate med - dunno if either could be adding to my blackouts.. I take them at night, as well..
Thank you, again, for your kind words.. if there is a BP kit that you prefer, let me know.. the wrist cuffs, to me, are not very accurate nor are they reliable, imo..
