I believe that comes close to a theory that from a physicists view Time as always existed and it has no beginning or end.-meaning it just IS ! However, for me and my "linear" brain it is so difficult to comprehend that something has been forever-The problem I see is the more you get into this "forever" stuff you tend to think of the Big Bang theory as simply something science came up with to get out of facing this question of how to explain "forever" when you can't understand something that has no "beginning".
Once again I need some scotch.
