I DID do a google search and found an old Alligator Farm in the Lincoln Heights Area of LA.....HOWEVER....

It closed in 1953 and I feel certain my photo was taken after that...... more like 1955..... because in 1953 I was only 5 and my sister was 3..... and we're both older than that in that photo. So the mystery remains. - JamesJM
