I do not recall you mentioning that you played tennis! I absolutely LOVE that game..... BUT..... and I don't know why, I fell away from watching it some years ago.

But back in the Borg days... McEnroe, Connor, Navritalova, Evert, Becker, I watched Tennis with nearly as much enthusiasm as I had watching football. Some of the most thrilling sports events I've ever seen were Tennis Matches.

I played a little, very little, in my 30's and into my 40's. Never had lessons, didn't play in HS..... but loved it almost as much as golf. Worst move I ever made was switching to a one-armed backhand instead of my normal two-armed backhand, (not sure of the correct terminology for that).... by the time I gave up on the one-armed backhand and tried going back it was too late... never got it back.

I have seen recent matches..... I do watch a few every year, but the 'personalities' just don't seem to be there like they were in the old days. That's probably on me. - JamesJM
