what my ER doc told me a few years back-a "dirty gall bladder". I had a choice-remove it or change my life style-eating and drinking-I opted for the latter. Has anything changed-not sure my lifestyle has but I haven't been to the ER since.
I had my follow-up with the surgeon a couple of days ago. She explained to me that my gall bladder was disintegrating, full of gallstones and infection and that it was a gnarly mess. The only option was removing it which they did. I have no problem with that.
