not liking Pumpkin Pie. I've got family that doesn't like it...... makes no sense whatsoever.
None of my family are big Turkey fans.. not even me... but we do like it, and it's traditional. However, we also have a baked ham to go with it.
One thing I've never had in my entire life... or if I did I don't remember it.... is "Goose". I've taken Goose, hunting, but always donated them for various functions in the area.
Duck is the weird one.... Duck can be amazingly good BUT..... it takes a true pro chef, IMHO... if not cooked perfectly I really don't think much of duck.
My favorite fowl is Pheasant... and Quail a close 2nd. - JamesJM
