Finally finished the 12 hour American Revolution Documentary

overall it was pretty good

but they should have just called it the George Washington Documentary

if you were looking only for a documentary that covers just the battle of the revolution , this would be the one

they do cover the contribution of slaves , American Indians , and lesser parts , women

but they barely even mentioned what the continental congress and what they were doing the entire 8 years of the war

and I'm not even exaggerating , out of the 12 hour documentary , maybe a entire 10 minutes even mentions the continental congress

Jefferson , Adams and Franklin were barely even mentioned

if you were looking for a good documentary on the battles of the revolution , this is a good one , if you were looking for anything on the politics , on both sides of the revolution , you are not going to learn anything here
