In Mexico once... not deep into Mexico, maybe 100 miles south of Arizona, I had a dessert they make there, VERY common THERE.... made with Corn and it was great. I've never been able to find out what it was exactly. Although VERY common in the area of Mexico I was in it was NOT common in the rest of Mexico.
