But you reminded me of this. In the 70's we were planting cotton in the spring. That day I was the loader....every couple of rounds I'd fill the hoppers with cotton seed - so I had some time to kill between fill-ups.... and I used that time to read.
One day I went to our local drug store and bought a book. I had never heard of the book nor the author. Next day I headed out to the field to begin work with my new book in hand.
Here's why you using the word 'fun' reminded me of this. One page in to the book I was wracked with hysterical laughing spasms.... spasms so bad I had to wait for the spasm to ebb a little before I could continue reading. Took me two days to read the book and I never once, NOT ONCE, stopped laughing the entire time
