I don't have or know where to get that data in my area but the most I'm 'aware' of is maybe 2, possibly 3, to a local team in any given season? And when I say 'local' I do NOT mean the county but rather the cities of Fresno/Clovis... (basically the same city).
I don't think the HS my grandsons attend have ever had a transfer in for 'sports'. We had one highly ranked player come in due to his Dad's job relocation but he was almost immediately transferred back out to play for a bigger division. He never played a game for us.
