I'm not at all surprised.... been thru this before. The system is broken.... it tells people to NOT try to save a stray or abandoned animal.... just walk on by.
We'll keep calling..... Facebook them in hopes someone will adopt them BUT... I don't think that has ever worked. - JamesJM
