I was in my apartment and divorced. I was returning from dropping off my boys at the end of the weekend. I was on Hwy 17, right at 295, near NAS Jacksonville, when I looked over at the Country Western Steakhouse / Bar called Coyotes. I see a bus with "Willie Nelson" on the label thingy above the driver. I thought....NAAAAAAAAHHHH! Couldn't be. Probably some guy doing Cover stuff. There had been no announcements of Willie being in Jacksonville. And I listened to Country radio then. TWO days later, I'm reading the newspaper and there was a story about Willie and his impromptu stop at Coyotes??????? It was not scheduled. He simply wanted to stop and eat and chat with people. Said he was there for a couple of hours. What kills me is when I passed there was MAYBE 5-6 cars there at the time (One more thing that made me think Willie was not there. Willie and his group were on their way out West after a gig in South Florida.
