Not in Boston , not in Philadelphia , Washington or New York

but.................

in Des Moines , Iowa

right in the middle of the Nations Heartland , or as most of us call it , Gods County

Donald Trump will be at the Iowa State Fair Grounds in Des Moines tonight , to kick off the year long , Nation Wide America 250 celebrations

I was like 10 years old during the Bicentennial year , and I soaked it all in , I was so fascinated with everything that had to do with the Bicentennial , TV shows , souvenir at every gas station , where ever you went , someone was trying to sell you something with 1776-1976 printed on it

and now , a few years later as we celebrate Americas 250 , I'm sure , I'm looking forward to it as much now , as I did when I was 10
