Made a rare trip to Downtown this morning, to my Pension Office. As I was walking back to my car, I am approached by some guy about 35 years old, who spat on the ground after every 5 -6 steps. As I was about 20 yards away, he starts screaming... and I mean LOUD.... "THE WORLD IS A FU**ING VAGINAAAAAA!!! DO YOU WANT TO SEE A FU**ING VAGINAAAAA???????????" There was a young lady about 10 yards ahead of me. She veered closer to the street and so did he. I closed my ground in case he did something to her but she smartly walked across the street. As I started to pass in the opposite direction, he spat somewhat close to me and started screaming the same thing. And they wonder why NOBODY wants to go to Downtown Jacksonville. It's a Freak Show! What irks me is that it's very well known that other Cities will send THEIR Bums and people off their rockers here, via Greyhound Bus.
I honestly think the big issue is the generation of over medicated kids from the late 80s / 90s, has grown up and here we are.
