Anyone In Cali Have Residential Solar Installed In The Past 18 Months?

I'm seriously considering adding panels and a battery in an effort to: A) try to control (what I expect to be) rising utility rates; and, B ) take advantage of the federal tax credit that is likely to be eliminated this year by pending legislation.

Just want to pick your brain on a couple of issues.
