I have recently started going back and rewatching 4 of the series

not the original , I mean , come on ...............lol

but I stared watching Next Generation , Deep Space Nine , Voyager , and Enterprise , from their episodes one

I've been watching one episode at a time from each show

my ranking of all , well , maybe not all , of the series

as much as I love Strange New Worlds , I'm leaving it off my list for now , as there has only been 20 episodes so far

not fair to rank a series with only 20 episodes to a series with 180 episodes

and this ranking is not for which one is my favorite , but which series I feel is the best over all , the best writing and best stories , most consistent from episode to episode , and from season to season

1 ) Deep Space Nine

2 ) Next Generation

3 ) The Original Series

4 ) Voyager

5 ) Enterprise

6 ) Discovery

Animated series

1 ) Lower Decks

2 ) Prodigy

3 ) Star Trek , The Animated series

If I was combining them , I would put both Lower Decks and Prodigy ahead of Enterprise and Discovery

and some day , after a few more seasons , Strange New Worlds will probably end up on top of the whole list
