to even consider the idea is IMO brash, over bearing is the wrong word......presumptuous fits IMO....I totally go along with keeping clean water and land as something that man can do......and I do my part in that...but when you start talking about having the ability to alter temps, control rain, and weather......it's playing as if you are God.....It just steps out of bounds to me. It also begs for people to be under the rule of others too much...you can't buy this vehicle, you must stop eating this food, you must have these windows in this house, you can't go here, you must show how much of this you are using, you must not use more than this....on and on....
Overall IMO it looks like a way for a government to have total control over it's people. And in the end to be honest it will hurt the poorest people most, and fill the pockets of those who are demanding these changes....
