I know I've posted this 6 times already, but been doing the same dive sites in Mexico since 1990.. Back in 1990. The average temperature on these dive sites, that are anywhere from 45 to 90 feet deep, was 77 degrees.. I notate reef temps in my dive log book for each dive.. each year they've gotten warmer and are currently averaging 86 degrees, which, at depth, is a HUGE difference..
Again, I think temp swings are cyclical, but 9 degrees warmer average, at depth, is crazy.. it's literally gone from me freezing my butt off (yes, at 77degrees) to bath water at 86..
Friendship is like peeing your pants.. Everybody can see it, but only you can feel the warmth..
