What happened to GOOD Character Actors?? As a Trekkie....

June 06, 2023 03:08AM
When I watch other 1960s shows such as Gunsmoke and Wagon Train to name just a couple, I'm amazed at the amount of familiar faces from Star Trek alone. Just 2-3 days ago, I noticed the Actor, Skip Homier, on The Rifleman (His Mom was Ellen Corby...Waltons Grandma) Skip Homier was in two episodes of Star Trek.....He was the Leader of the Space Hippies trying to find Eden. He also played a bad guy, Malicon< in the episode about a Parallel Nazi Germany Society Planet. Joanne Linville played the Romulan Commander. She was in TONS of stuff in the 60s and 70s. You simply just don't see such Actors these days. But then again.......TV has become an absolute pile of sh**.
