No major fights with the cats. They don't trust him as yet BUT.... they are tolerating him. We were surprised by that because one of our cats has anger issues.
He slept thru the night with my grandson in his bed.
Last night he was very friendly, LOVED meeting everyone, but was somewhat reserved. NOT this morning... this morning he's ready to play. He has let us know that peace and quiet will not be tolerated in "HIS" house.
He's exploring this morning... I think he's deciding what he's going to chew to pieces and in which order he will chew them.
As you know English Springer's have long ears..... there is a reason for that - it's to soak them when he drinks from his water bowl and then immediately run to whomever is available to soak them.
Waterfield's description was dead on right... he's 'active'. Even when it's meal time he has to take a short 'run around like crazy' break every few bites. It's quite apparent that we no longer make the rules... he does.
