The Cardinals seem firmly entrenched in the basement of the NL Central this year. Every week, it gets worse and worse. During tonight's game against the LA Angels, the fans in Busch stadium were fed up and actually booed the Cardinals. On the sports segment of the news, the sports guys said the fans were right to do so. The Cardinals are just awful and nobody understands why. Tonight the Cardinals were ahead 4-3 in the 8th inning but they ended up losing the game to the Angels 6-4. They've played 10 series this year and lost 8 of them. They've only won 3 of their last 15 games. Their current record is 10-21. The Cardinals haven't been this bad in 50 years.
