All my guitars - except for the Gibson V I just got - have wang bars.. meaning they ALL have clamps on the neck to help them stay in tune.. the clamps are tightened and loosened with allen wrenches.. another size allen wrench raises and lowers the action on the bridge, which is the height the strings are off the neck and ANOTHER allen wrench tightens the strings in the bridge while ANOTHER allen wrench adjusts the action on the wang bar..
Once its set up, I pretty much only need the allen wrench and tightens and loosens the neck clamps, cuz you hafta loosen them to change or replace strings and there even tho there are tuners on the bridge (once clamped down you can't tune the guitar with the tuners on the headstock cuz the strings are clamped) but sometimes you run out of adjustment, so you hafta back it off on the bridge and tune with the tuners on the headstock.. Insane - I know..
So, I can NEVER find that freakin allen wrench - the one that tightens and loosens the clamps on the neck.. I just ordered TWENTY of them and threw one in each case and one in my gig bag.. I've already lost half of them and I just ordered them less than a month ago..
