that would mean the communication satellites used by Starlink, (and other sat's... maybe GPS, Weather, etc), must have some type of 'engine' that can fire a short burst of propellant of some sort that's just enough to degrade it's orbit and send it to it's death entering the atmosphere.
It wouldn't take very much at all... probably even the slightest force would degrade the orbit... maybe even on a very large satellite?
