I've watched most teams ... I have a hole where some teams should be because my DVR ate them. So be it.
As I do more of these players will move around based on where I believe they will go, but these are the guys I like so I'll likely be staying with most of them.
Main note when looking at the draft ... defensive talent dries up earlier than offensive. By a lot. I wouldn't wait for an edge till round 3. Derek Hall or Tuipulotu may be there, but they're consolation prizes.
Also, you may note the lack of an OT. I believe that Donald has one more year here, or zero ... his leaving will give us an established OT in trade or free agency. WE're not going to start a rookie over Boom, AJ, or even Arcuri. So I focused on getting them a stable capable big strong buddy in the early 3rd.
2) Edge ... Foskey, Carter, N Smith, Uzomah
I have to widen the player list because of how far we are out.
3) OG/OC JMS, Steve Avila, Jaret Patterson or Olawatimi (with trade down)
5) TE ... Laporta, Durham, Musgrave, Mallory
5) RB ... Mo Ibrahim, Roschon Johnson, Izzy Abanikanda, Dewayne McBride, Eric Gray, Chris Rodriguez, Miyan Williams, Tank Bigsby (note, I put all these guys here just to let everyone know how much talent there was)
6) QB Max Duggan, Jake Haener
6) DT Justus Thavai SDst, Karl Brooks BG
6) S Evan Williams Fresno State, Kenny Logan Kansas, Hellams ALA
6) Edge Durell Henderson Liberty, Viliami Fehoko SJst, Nick Herbig WIS
7) OG/OT Tyler Steen/Ryan Hayes ... listed as available late as of now.
7) CB Darrell Luter South Alabama, Steven Gilmore Marshal, Cory Trice Purdue
Okay, questions and comments welcome ...
