There is no guarantee of that and I believe even if a team has a young signal caller that finishes last, they will more then likely trade their current QB for the opportunity to draft Caleb Williams instead. Much like the Cardinals did after drafting Josh Rosen and then the following year they drafted Kyler Murray. However, if the Rams were able to ensure they drafted Williams, then I'm in on this guy because he has it all IMHO.
