I was more in favor of him staying than leaving but it turned out to be nothing. I was more concerned about Whitworth retiring because Noteboom is not only a good notch below in ability, he is also always injured. But having Miller here wouldn't have changed the injuries to the OL. Is it possible maybe the defense makes a few more plays and even enough to win a few more? Yup... but the Rams aren't doing anything this season. And with Stafford out... and Kupp... the season is realistically over.

On a side note: McCaffery may have been interesting if he could have at least posed a run threat. But honestly, adding an injury prone player to an injury riddled team just seems like a poor decision.
