I think there are obvious pieces you let leave- Evans and Kolone of course and Edwards. With others you bring them back but with most they're not promised anything- Noteboom and Allen, for instance. Noteboom's contract is hard to get rid of in 2023 (much easier in 2024). Allen is relatively easier to release but I would still bring him back to compete for a job. Maybe they draft a center and Allen becomes the backup? Same with Shelton who, at worst, is inexpensive ($1.75M) good interior OL depth. Same with Brewer.
Jackson has been their best OL this year and I think at minimum competes for a starting LT role. Maybe LG depending on how free agency and the Draft shake out. Anchrum returns again to compete for a backup job- nothing guaranteed. Bruss returns to try and claim the RG spot.
I think one free agent addition and a draft pick (2nd or early 3rd rounds) can help a group that really needs health and continuity more than anything. Upgrading from your worst player in a position group (in this case Evans) can have a big impact. You come in with this group of 12 competing for 9 spots and see how it plays out:
Havenstein
Jackson
Shelton
FA signing TBD
Allen
Noteboom
Draft pick TBD
Bruss
Arcuri
Anchrum
Brewer
