Reching clear back... Jon Arnett was a single wing tailback for USC. The Rams barely utilized his ability to throw the option pass, but he did so impressively in the Por Bowls. He was also a good receiver out of the backfield, also under-utilized as a Ram. Perkins appears to have more game speed than his 4.79 40 time indicates; nonetheless I don't look for the spectacular breakaway runs he showed in college.
