Ramstien
I tell you Ramsdude, I am not at all impressed with this coaching staff on either side of the ball and I feel that this is the main area that must be improved, for this team to get better.

There are times this staff make me wonder what is going on. I agree with you, some changes on this staff are needed in the offseason for sure.

I understand McVay's staff has been "raided" every year for the last 5 years and it's very hard to just replace everyone and still be successful. At some point you bring in some coaches that just aren't as good as what you had and it makes a difference.

It's easy to coach HOF'ers like AD, Ramsey, Wagner, etc but the real challenges are when you actually have to develop players that are less talented or create "schemes" or "plays" to put those players in the best possible positions to succeed, working around the weaknesses while using their strengths.

I am not sure we have done a good job of that on both sides of the ball. We play "scared" on D because our D staff cannot coach up or around the talent we have.

The "Stay Puff Plan" and the "Charmin Shell" Morris runs on D are perfect examples of that.

On offense, I know there are historic injuries on the OL and that effects everyone. I get that, but...I am seeing some of the most un-creative play calling I have seen since Fisher was here. You can have injuries and STILL be creative. I expected better from McVay. He shows it at times...just not enough.

#HelmetHornsMatter

“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.

“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
