Stafford and Kupp should be back. And they are elite at their positions. We have a QB1 and WR1. AR is making big bucks and should be a strong WR2. Jefferson was out injured and hasn't reestablished himself yet, but he has been strong in the past. SKOW has shown some skills, but he is being used like an answer everywhere and he's not. Powell, Tutu and McClutch haven't really been used. I'm not so sure we need help going forward at the position. The OL is another story. Big Whit retired and left a gaping hole at LT. We reupped Noteboom and he played poorly and then got hurt. Edwards got hurt suffering multiple concussions so we have no LG. Allen has been hurt all year so we have no center. Shelton and Bruss were supposed to duke it out at RG and both got hurt. Havs has been fending for himself with little help at RT, but he is pretty solid there. Our top sub turned out to play really well at multiple positions but he too got badly hurt. Ancrum got hurt too. Can't even figure out the OL without an injury status report. McVay, Snead and Carberry have to rack their collective brains to figure their way out of this. Who comes back? How healthy will they be? Can we figure out 5 starters? And who can back them up? I want to see 10 actual OL players. Hoping for the best from 8 isn't the answer. Higbee hasn't been great but he is like our only TE. Need to add 2 or 3. And I don't understand the plan at RB. At all. Not keeping Sony was a bad decision. McVay calling out Akers was weird. KW getting hurt sucked. And now, just cutting DHendu who was our best back. Kind of pushes RB to the top of our draft list. The cupboard looks bare back there. And getting back to the most important position it looks like we have no QB2 or QB3. I'm not totally dismissing the idea that we might need a nearby new offense rebuild, but I think we still have some workable parts.
