Who will play center this week?

Who will be playing center this week? I bet Stafford won't last the entire game with the scrub playing center. It looks like Bryce Perkins may be backing up Stafford this week.....he may finally get his chance to play without Wolford breathing down his neck. I read Wolford didn't practice on Wednesday. Anyone know if Wolford practiced later in the week?
