And players will just up the stakes to ANOTHER hard to sustain level. I get sick of hearing players from the mid 80s and later crying poor mouth. There's COUNTLESS players whose signing bonuses alone could generate interest for several people to live off of. How many of these poor players thought to actually GET AN EDUCATION while handed a scholarship?? No!! These days, thy want a Scholarship AND NIL cash?? Just a pathetic amount of greed in the modern player. They never think to buy one mansion instead of 2-3 till the cash is gone and THEN there's a sudden concern about health and bills. Some of those guys from the 70s and early 80s? Yeah, they might have a gripe. Till the League as a WHOLE gets a grip on the gluttonous $$$$$$$$ being tossed around, it's gonna get harder and harder for the average fan to see games. Hell, even watching at home is being infiltrated with pay per view .
