Les Snead and his terrible drafting

Is Snead responsible for the numerous injuries? How many quality backups can you have with todays salary cap? Is Snead the one that has been slow to adjust the offense?

Let's face it the injuries to the offensive line have been devastating and it has been so bad we have street free agents and practice squad players suiting up. Even our depth has been injured. I really don't know what could have been done to get through this injury mess. Seems like all the adjustments that could have been made are easily countered though I would have like to see McVay try more misdirection & shorten up the passing game. But even with a short passing game when guys come free which is happening all to often there is not much you can do. Also not sure if there is a way to simplify the blocking scheme to integrate all the new and ever changing pieces. Maybe a look at the offensive line coach? Though I think it is hard to blame him under the circumstances.
