The problem I see is Snead isn’t making the decisions as the lead guy. I don’t think. He is catering to what McVay says he wants. I can’t explain the Atwell pick otherwise.
I mean, it was an impetuous irresponsible toy pick that smacks of McVay wanting a speed guy and not appreciating the history of such a pick. Did he talk Snead into ignoring the OL? If not, and Snead thought Atwell was a responsible pick then Snead needs to go.
