The Rams are in a race right now with the OL. They seem to have LT solved thanks to Jackson, and C is good enough with Allen for as long as he can stay healthy. So they need to get the guards playing well and then the entire 5 playing on one sheet of music before they have dropped too many games.
This means if Wolf were to win this game for us it buys them some more time. And if the guards play well vs Arizona that would also be a big step forward.
Basically if the OL doesn't start playing well in the next game or two, and by "well" I simply mean not being a sieve, then the Rams will quickly find themselves on the outside looking in. They are almost out of time as a 3-5 team with games vs the Chiefs and Seahawks on the horizon.
