McVay's usage of players and play calling is doesn't instill confidence in the players.
Running the ball up the middle to try and setup the pass so much doesn't work when the defense never has to make any adjustments because the running game is so bad.
Forcing or allowing the db's to lineup 10-12 yard off the line of scrimmage will never work regardless of who the players are.
