Just curious, how long does it take before we can stop saying "he's young and still learning?" This is McVay's 6th year as an NFL head coach so in MY eyes, at this point he's not exactly new at it. Yeah he's 36 but he's not a kid and he's been around football his entire life, in coaching for 14 years, and has led his team to the Super Bowl twice. At what age do we drop the "he's still young" label? How long does he have to coach before we can stop saying "he's still learning"? It just seems lazy to use those two thing as excuses when he's tanking and they're not used at all when he's doing well.
