Jourdan is being used by the Rams to sell their spin. Tutu is not on the field because he's not good enough. He does not separate well in spite of his physical gifts. That is probably due to the mental side too, as nobody plays fast when they are thinking. But either way he is not on the field because he is not good enough. This is not a size thing and them worrying about him getting hurt and we know this because if that was true they'd play him until he gets hurt because this team needs his speed out there running clear outs at the very least.

Someday down the road we are going to find out one of two things: that he is stupid and cannot grasp the nuances of the offense at the level required, or that he does not study film and playbook well enough. Either way I suspect the mental side is his issue. It's just easier for them to spin it as he's too small because if they tell the press it's the mental side then there's an inquisition with the player from the media. When it's size all the focus goes on the team selecting him.
