The Rams simply lose too many coaches and key players every year to dominate consistently. We lose McCheese to Green Bay, he wins 13 games three years in a row. We lose the guy to Cincinnati, he takes the freaking Bengals to the Super Bowl. We lose the guy to Minnesota, look where they are.

Then you lose Big Whit, Von Miller and OBJ and don't really have the money to properly replace any of them.
