The way the cap is set up and the players they have signed next year is certainly feasible for the Rams to be contenders again. Offensive Line should be stronger due to health and experience which should help offense. Defense is strong now and will have many returning players. Gonna need a couple of RB if we trade Akers and Hendo is a FA. Don't have a 1st but can project a decent amount of draft capital. FA potential Losses Higbee (Biggie), Hendo (Big), Hollis, Edwards not sure who else but those are the main ones.

I think after 2023 the Cap catches up with the Rams though they might even be able to play some cap games to get through 2024. After that it is rebuild city for sure.
