Ideally you're right and a great D can get pressure with only 4 rushers. But with only 5 eligible receivers on any play you don't necessarily have to have 7 defenders back in coverage. Would you like to? Sure. Now, onto your other take in that it's the Rams lack of great edge rushing that is hurting us. Floyd hasn't done much or Hollins. Lewis has been playing well. But, besides AD where is the push from the DL? Last year GG was getting great push up the middle. Is he playing? Haven't heard from him. And where is Robinson? Played great in lasts year's playoffs. Is he on the field? And I'm disappointed with Wags so far. Thought he'd be all over the place playing Ray Lewis type MLB. So far, I see AD, Lewis, Ramsey and Scott making plays. Where are the other 7?
