He's our #3 emergency QB. There are only so many actives for each game. Wolfie is the backup.
I'm aware that Perkins is our emergency 3rd string QB, and that Wolford is our backup. But that doesn't change my opinion of giving Perkins a shot. He has intangibles that Wolford doesn't.
