Goff is a B or B plus quarterback. Stafford was an A plus when we needed him to be, at the end of those last three playoff games.
Right now Goff is playing better because of the two offensive lines. If one wants to go down that rabbit hole of "we should have just kept Goff," think back to Goff on the final drive against the winless Jets, or any number of drives where it was right there and he couldn't lead us through it. His best was in the championship against the Saints, and that was what, a 48 or 58 yard field goal?
It's not even close but that still doesn't make how he was treated right. I am glad we have Stafford, just not happy with how he was treated on the way out. That's all.
